1,The situation of heating cleaning pool
Many companies need the cleaning technology before the spray paint and dusting of metal plate hulls, when producing the metal plate hulls for domestic appliance.
After the site inspection, our company concluded the problems as follows.
(1)The cleaning pool was heated by gas formerly, which cost over 2000000 gas burning expense every year.
(2)The use efficiency of gas boiler is low, which is not suitable to the requires of energy conservation and environment protection.
(3)It cost a long time for heating the metal plate cleaning pool, with a unstable temperature and low production efficiency.
(4)The air compressor is running 24 hours a day. Which not only waste the electricity ,but also increase the temperature when not recovering the heat of oil.
2,Feasibility analysis
The hynov engineers analysis the satiation and the related data and found out that: the need of the hot water is large. The waste heat of air compressor hadn't been recover, which we can recover and make the waste heat of air compressor converts into hot water replacing the make-up water from the gas boiler. So that we can ensure the 24-hours work efficiency of air compressor and the stable hot water supply from two sides.
3,Energy-saving Transformation example
(1)By recovering the waste heat of 15 132kw and 1 250kw air compressors, we can supply the need of 6 cleaning lines' (18 cleaning pools') heating. In the hot summer, it can replace the gas boiler completely, even in the cold winter, it can also replace the heating of 4 cleaning lines' (12 cleaning pools. Compared with before, the energy efficiency is up to 80%.
(2)Though the transform of air compressor heat recover for heating the cleaning pool, our product solves the waste problem and the high temperature of air compressor, reduces the cooling power, make sure the stable hot water supply, greatly improves the working efficiency, and creates a good economic value.
4,energy-saving benefit
(1)The five-day total gas consumption is 3742.2m³, the use time is 6190min, and the following is calculated by measuring results:
The gas consumption per hour:
3742.2÷(6190min÷60)= 36.27m3/h
Calculated on the basis of the gas calorific value:33.5 MJ/m³ and Heat transfer efficiency: 70%.
The needed heat of 2# line per hour:36.27×33.5×70%=850.5MJ/h
(2)Calculating the heat recovery of air compressor
The total power of 16 air compressors:
132kw×15+250kw=2230kw
If all air compressors are open, the heat, the heat recovery system can supply is:
2230kw×1.55MJ/kwh=3456.5MJ
(After the detection of the heat transform of the heat recovery system from FoShan city energy monitoring association, the results shows that the heat, that every 1kwh air compressor can supply is 1.55MJ)
