The cleaning pools in the factory use the electricity to heat. It costs large electric power every day and rises the producing cost to heat 3 cleaning pools(nearly 20/m³) to 60℃.

The situation of air compressor room

Take our 1 customer as example; there are three 90kw Hitachi Oil-injected Screw air compressors in the air compressor room. The operating oil temperature is about 85℃, and the temperature of compressed air is about 75℃. The heat has not been transformed and pulls into atmosphere after cooling system, which not only wastes the energy but also contaminates the environment.
